'Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom: teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord' wrote St Paul to the early church community at Colossae.
During the Sunday morning Eucharist the Vicar will explore, in a series of sermons, the theology of Christian worship. What is worship? What is distinctive about Christian worship? What does it mean for us to repeat the same words and do the same things in church, as Christians have done for centuries? How can our worship be deepened? How does it affect our lives?
At 6.30pm Evensong throughout Lent,
members of the congregation give personal
reflections on their life and faith, entitled
'Why me?'
