Michaelmas Ball 2005To give guests (and others) a chance to study the Auction items and to get the ball rolling, we are taking bids for the Live and Silent Auction items via email. The biddable lots are Nos. 1 - 64. There is also a Table Raffle prize which cannot be bid for in advance.

Bids should be emailed to Sally Haigh: sallyahaigh@yahoo.co.uk. Online bidding will close at midnight, Friday 24th September.

The bidders need to list the lot number, its title, the amount they are prepared to bid and their 'phone number. No credit cards can be accepted for payment, only cash and cheques please. We will not publish all the bids on the web site, but later this week we will aim to give the size of the highest bids at that stage.

If you are not coming to the Ball, please note that you may nominate someone who IS coming to bid on your behalf, up to a maximum figure - but please note that they must have your cheque to hand over that evening.

If the email bids are successful the bidder will be notified on Sunday.
The Live and Silent Auctions will take place on Saturday 25th September at the Ball. Please note the disclaimer information in italics at the bottom of the list of prizes.
