After the frenetic activity of Green Days, a haven of spiritual contemplation. Sandy Burnett leads the West London Bach Consort and Players in two cantatas by JS Bach. In 2010 they will complete their entire cycle performing Bach’s sacred cantatas here at St Michael’s. BWV 30 Freue dich, erlöste Schar BWV 118 O Jesu Christ, meins Lebens Licht.

Songs about women at work, home and play, first

King. Acclaimed jazz singer Kate Dimbleby ("an ageless mix of Snow White and Mae West" - The Times) returns from extended maternity leave with her four-piece band and new show, grappling with the highs and lows of the generation told they can “have it all”.
Featuring the Honky Tonk Angels - Naadia Sheriff on piano and vocals; Jonty Fisher on bass and vocals; Sophie Alloway on drums and Chris Allard on guitar and vocals. Ahead of the show's World Premiere five-week run at the New End, Theatre Hampstead. Read about her previous shows and tours here.
