Parish Mass: Come to Church Day
On Sunday September 21 at 10am in St Michael & All Angels Church it was a Parish Mass, livestreamed on our Facebook page, with the Choir of St Michael & All Angels. All welcome.
Preacher: Father Kevin Morris, Vicar.
Mass setting: Orlando Gibbons 1583-1625 – Sanctus, Benedictus and Agnus Dei.
Communion anthem: Morning Glory, Starlit Sky Barry Rose b 1934.
Hymns (in service booklet): Christ is made our sure foundation; Glory in the highest to the God of heaven!; There’s a wideness in God’s mercy; God is love: Let heav’n adore him.
Readings: Amos 8: 4-7; 1 Timothy 2:1-8; Luke 16:1-13. The Young St Michael’s groups – Youth and Children’s Church and the Creche – will be meeting .
At 6.30pm there was Choral Evensong & Benediction. All welcome.
