A very warm welcome to our Service of Nine Lessons and Carols
6.30 pm in St Michael & All Angels Church, followed by mulled wine and mince pies in the Parish Rooms

Our service begins with processions through a candle-lit church representing the journey of faith, from darkness to light, and then tells the story of the birth of Christ, culminating in the prologue to St John’s Gospel where Jesus is described as ‘the true light’, which enlightens everyone.
This year’s carols include: It came upon the midnight clear, Good King Wenceslas, In the bleak midwinter, and We three kings.
A collection will be taken after the Sixth lesson, during See amid the winter’s snow, in aid of three charities: The Upper Room, Crosslight Chiswick and The McCabe Educational Trust. Click here to read a message from Fr Kevin Morris and donate.
