From 12.30pm to 1.15 on the first Friday of every month, in St Michael & All Angels Church, we present Friday Lunchtime Organ Music.
On Friday October 2nd the organist is Anneke Brose of Bremen

Biography
Anneke Brose studied Early Music at the University of Arts in Bremen (major organ with Harald Vogel, Hans Davidsson and Edoardo Bellotti). After graduation she has continued her studies in a Master’s programme in “Organ and related keyboard instruments” at the Universities of Gothenburg and Piteå (Sweden). She has studied organ with Hans-Ola Ericsson, Johannes Landgren and Karin Nelson. During her studies in Sweden, she received a scholarship by the “Värmlands Sönner Gille” (Vänersborg).
Anneke Brose works as an organist and performer with main emphasis on Early Music. She has given concerts on important antique organs such as the Schnitger organ in Norden and the Scherer organ in Tangermünde. Concert tours have taken her to various European countries, Latin America, and the Middle East. She is also performing as a Continuo player and works as a church musician in Bremen.
