How to buy tickets for Festival events
We have introduced a new booking system and we hope you find it more convenient than before.

Ticket purchase - procedure and terms
• On-line
This year, for the first time, we are pleased to be able to offer an on-line booking facility, and would encourage you to book in this way if at all possible. We are not charging a booking fee.

Payment will be by credit or debit card via Paypal (although you do not need to have a Paypal account) and tickets will be immediately available for you to download and print off at home. Alternatively, for a small fee, they can be posted out to you – please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. NB. If you choose the postal option when booking within 5 days of the performance, your tickets will be held on the door ready for collection. Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time to collect them
• Via the Box Office
There are three ways to book via the Box Office:
1. By completing an advance booking form (available in the church) and returning it to The Parish Office (Priory Gardens, Chiswick, London, W4 1TX). Please enclose cash or a cheque together with a STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE so that your tickets can be posted out to you.
2. In church after Mass on Sundays at 11.15am – you will be able to pay by cash, cheque or credit / debit card. Your tickets will be available for immediate collection or, if you prefer, we can eMail them to you to print out at home
3. By phone – on 020 8995 3285, credit / debit card payments only. We will email your tickets to you to print out at home or, as above, for a small fee they can be posted out to you.

Should change/s to the event become necessary owing to unforeseen or unavoidable causes or in the very unlikely event that an event has to be cancelled or abandoned, we will make every endeavour to rearrange it and offer tickets for the alternative performance. All ticket holders will be notified of any changes if practicably possible. Should re-arrangement not be possible we will fully refund the face value of the ticket and any booking fee paid. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds in other circumstances.
