The exhibition will be held in the Michael Room at St Michael and All Angels Church, Woodstock Road, Bedford Park on:

Friday 26 June                     6.30-8.30pm

Saturday 27 June                10am-6pm

Sunday 28 June                   11.30am-5.30pm

Photographs should be delivered to John Little, 9 Bedford Park Mansions, The Orchard, W4 (tel: 020 8747 9809). They should be accompanied by an entry form which you can print off here (when box appears, click 'Open')

The deadline for the submission of photographs is 4pm on Saturday 20 June.

The entry fees are:              

Adults                    £2 per photo or £5 for 3 photos

Young entrants    £1 per photo or £2.50 for 3 photos
(16 years or younger)

Any size of photograph may be entered but please note that very large photos or heavy mounts can sometimes be difficult to display.

SNAPPY SNAPS (on the corner of Turnham Green Terrace and Chiswick High Road) have kindly offered to enlarge photographs for this Exhibition at half price. Please see accompanying form.

Entries may be either unmounted or mounted on card. Photographs in frames and/or glass mounts cannot be accepted.

Titles/captions are welcome. If include, please affix to the front of your entry.

Please ensure that the following are shown on the back of each photograph:

- Name (as to appear in Exhibition catalogue)

- Address

- Telephone number

- Age (if 16 or younger)

- Category (letter and heading) for which photograph is entered

E   Places – urban

F   Plants, trees, flowers           

G   Humour (pictures that make us smile)       

H   Miscellaneous               

I   Young entry 4-11 years 

J   Young entry 12-16 years

K   Monday 2nd February 2009 - SNOW DAY!

 
 

Voting will end at 5pm on Sunday 28 June. Prizes will be awarded and the raffle drawn at 5.30pm. Photos may not be removed from the display boards until thirty minutes after the conclusion of the prize-giving. Photos and prizes may then be taken away or collected later from the Parish Office no later than 17 July 2009 after which time they may be destroyed.

Winning entries will be displayed in SNAPPY SNAPS window soon after the Exhibition closes.
