1. Bids open on December 24th online, via a computer or mobile device at https://www.32auctions.com/StMadvent2025
2. Bidders need to log in with a name and password (you may have one from a previous St Michael’s online auction). Or Chris Bradley can bid in church on your behalf.
3. Click on ‘View All Items’ and you can see all the pictures and the current ‘bid to beat’. Click on each picture to read more and bid. Click on ‘number of bids’ to see who is the current highest bidder.
4. Each bid must exceed the previous one by at least £5.
5. All lots close at 12 Noon on Sunday January 11th 2026 at the Auction Drinks event
6. The pictures will then be taken down from the Advent Calendar frame in sequence: Days 1 to 8 – at 12 Noon; Days 9 to 16 – at 12.10pm; Days 17 to 24 – at 12.20pm.
7. Works must be paid for before being taken away. We can take cheques or cards.
8. Works not collected on January 11th may be collected from St Michael & All Angels Parish Office by arrangement with the Parish Managers on 020 8994 1380.
9. At least one-third of the purchase price of each work is kindly being donated by the artists to St Michael & All Angels Christmas Charity Appeal – and some are giving more.
